It is a tradition at our house that every Christmas we decorate a gingerbread house. The last couple of years I have realized that I have had to give up creative control. As you can see the boys had a great time. They ate more candy than actually ended up on the gingerbread house and were covered in frosting.
We usually leave our gingerbread house up for display but as you can see the twins have been caught numerous times taking a nibble. I love how they are too lazy to actually pick off a piece of candy. Gees you would think they were puppies!

Cute! Do you use a kit or are you ambitious enough to make your own?
I tried making them a few years back and it was WAY to much work we get the kit from Costco, even comes with all the frosting.
So fun! We made a Halloween one last year and the kids loved it. They keep seeing the ones at Costco and asking if we can get one...
