What we have been up to today....

Oh yes gum in the hair. Noah was chewing it, (yes I know giving gum to a 2 year old that was my first mistake), but somehow it was Jackson who put it in his hair. What the heck!!! How is sticking gum in someone else's hair ever a good idea? We had to cut it out but luckily it was stuck towards the ends so it isn't too noticeable. Never a dull moment that is for sure!

Ellas gum usually ends up in her tummy, but I definately would not put it past her to rub it into her hair. Good times, huh?
By the way, I know that your twins are about the same age as Ella...do they still like to sit in their side-by-side stroller, or have they moved past that? I am leaning towards a side-by-side for several reasons, but I am not totally sold yet.

Carson loves to pry my mouth open and try to take my gum which is really annoying. But today, I opened my mouth to show it to him and tease him and he grabbed it and stuck it in his mouth faster than a bullet! Yeah, kiss that piece of gum goodbye. He swallowed it. I guess I have to chew gum in secret from now on. It was stupid of me to do that, but I learned. Better in the stomach than in the hair, I guess.

Early on during Bill's first year of teaching he had a student in his class put gum in another student's hair. Keep in mind, these were high school seniors! So I guess it's good that your kids will (hopefully) learn this lesson at a young age!

Lets hope they learn their lesson early and are not the teenagers sticking gum in someone else's hair!

Gum is a blessing and a curse. Seriously. I once got it in my hair and got it out, thankfully, with peanut butter! It works!
