Today we spent morning at Silver Lake with our good friends the Kim's. We had a great time. The weather was perfect and there were plenty of "hiking sticks"....what more do you need? We finished our outdoor adventure with a trip to African Ice for a little refreshment...YUM!!
It was the perfect way to spend a summer day!

We had a great time. A little (or a lot) of dirt does a body good, right? We're hoping that's true. And we may have to make African Ice a tradition...a daily one :)
I wished we lived closer because we would also be there every day. Maybe it will give us a good reason to come visit.
