The Polar Express
This weekend we took the boys to ride the Polar Express....(aka...The Heber Valley Railroad). We had so much fun. The boys loved it and best of all they believed in the magic of it all. You ride the train all the way "North Pole" where you pick up Santa. On the way you eat cookies and drink hot chocolate, sing Christmas carols and listen to the story "The Polar Express". Once you reach the North Pole Santa comes on board the train. He comes by and says hi to each child and asks them what they want for Christmas. Then the elf gives each of them one of Santa's jingle bells. The were SO excited to see Santa. Of course they all got shy once he actually came over to talk to them but it was a lot of fun and exciting for the boys.

They boys all dressed in their jammies, just like in the book.

Don't you just love Christmas with kids. Ella is so into it. I bet this would be right up her alley. Viv on the other hand...not so much :)
p.s. your hair looks darling
How fun! Have you ever done the Halloween one? It's spooky fun!
