Cycling season is in full swing and Doug has enjoyed getting out in a couple of stage and criterion races...Jackson is also getting in on the action. This week's crit race was out at the Miller Motorspeedway Doug did fantastic! He placed 5th in the C flight, which is his best finish of the season. He is working hard to move up a cat and trying to get as much time on his bike as possible since he'll be riding LOTOJA again this fall.
Jackson wants to be just like his Dad. They are like each other in so many ways. They had a kids crit out at the Miller Motorspeedway and Jackson was so excited...he did the full 2 mile track (the kid has got some legs on him). He did inform me that to really compete he is going to need a "gear bike"....and so it begins!
