So as we do every year on the day after Thanksgiving we decorated our house for
Christmas. I
LOVE decorating my house for Christmas, it just wouldn't be Christmas without a tree and all the little extras spread around the house. I wanted all the boys to be part of decorating the tree but in the end Doug and I truly were out numbered and were just trying our best to manage the chaos. Jackson was emptying every box and putting ornaments on a half built tree and the twins were running around eating wood beads and crying when they got them stolen away, and all 3 were overly drawn to the plugging the tree in then ripping the chord out....luckily no one was electrocuted. Even in all the madness we always have a great time. These are our
Kodak moments.

Eventually the house did get decorated but the question is how long will it remain decorated? Jackson was too young his first
Christmas for the tree and decoration to be a problem and was old enough in the proceeding years to know that the tree was off limits. The twins are fascinated with the lights and the glass bulbs. The bottom 3 feet is nearly undecorated and the stockings are not hung because those without a doubt would be pulled off the mantel. I hope our decorations make it until
Christmas.

Looks like fun! I also love decorating and hopefully we won't have as many broken ornaments as we did last year because my parents house is carpeted where the tree will be. But, I never say never, right? Your boys are getting so big!!
Yes! This was about the scene at our house, but I think you managed the chaos a little better than we did. I eventually just waited until Annabel took a nap and sent Bruce on an errand with Ernie so I could finish up. I'm a chicken! It looks like you guys had a fun time!
