Disneyland Part 1

we love....

DISNEYLAND

We spent 3 days in Disneyland and had a blast. It was SO HOT!!! But that didn't stop us. We did all the rides, saw all the parades and had a great time. Not to say we didn't have our fair share of meltdowns, but hey isn't that all part of a family vacation?

ROCK ON DRAGON BOY!!

When we were in Disneyworld last year Jackson had his face painted and he had to have it done again. At first he wanted his face painted like spiderman but since spiderman wasn't an option he settled for the blue dragon. I think it was more about it being blue, which is his favorite color, and less about the dragon. Although I happen to think it was a giant waste of money, he loved it and we got super cute pictures, and I am sure we'll do it again next year - plus 2.

We had breakfast with the characters one morning which was a lot of fun. The breakfast was really yummy and we got to meet a lot of characters without having to stand in line. Jackson thought it was super cool the twins on the other hand were scared to death. As long as the characters kept their distance they were fine but the minute they got within 10 feet of us the tears and drama would start, which included a lot of sticky syrup. We will for sure do it again hopefully by then the twins are past the freaking out at Disney characters stage.

One of Jackson's favorite rides....the Buzz Lightyear ride. I think we went on this ride it least 6 times. He was a little nervous about riding the big rides, which is weird because he rode them all last year. He kept saying "Mom, this ride is freakin' me out!!" in the end he went on most of rides that were "freakin" him out and had great time.
