Jackson started skiing last year and we used this handy backpack harness that allowed him to ski but gave Doug the ability to hang on to him. Well the second time up this season and the harness is gone and Jackson is off on his own. He is doing great he even did his first blue run on Friday. I have a great little video of him skiing but can't get it to load so I'll have to stick to pictures. I should also mention that Doug is a pretty great teacher, with loads of patience. I am so proud of Jackson.

That is so cool. I'm afraid my kids will be like me and grow up in Utah but never learn to ski. Maybe someday!
Good for Jackson! That is awesome. We still haven't made it up to the slopes yet. Need to do that. Love the pic below of the twins. So funny.
