This weekend Doug ran the Wasatch Back for the first time. He had blast, ran some fast legs, got soaking wet and is feeling the pain today!!!

That is so awesome! Good for him.
that run looks like hell. I am impressed by anybody who will put themselves through that, so good job to Doug and Aaron. All my friends signed up to do it (and later dropped out), but luckily I had a good excuse because I was prego.
