This past week was our stake's Lagoon day. Since we have never taken our boys we decided this would be the year...we met up with some of our friends and had a really good time. Jackson had fallen asleep on the drive up and was more than a little bit grumpy for the first half of the evening (the bumper car he couldn't get moving didn't help). But by the end of the night he was running from ride to ride and in no hurry to head home. The twins had a great time, especially Baden. His FAVORITE ride was the "whale ride". The first time around the twins rode together, but while Noah was fine to get off Baden had a full body MELTDOWN!!! He rode the "whale ride" it least 7 more times, with a big smile on his face the whole time. The ride operator was really nice and since it wasn't busy she just let him stay in his whale between rides. If nothing else seeing how much Baden enjoyed the "whale ride" was well worth the effort of the whole evening.

That bumper car ride was the best! Jackson's expressions, hilarious! Between that and Olivia and Sadie on the Elephant was well worth going! We had a great time! Thanks for meeting us!
How fun! I love Baden's face in the whale ride pictures. Isn't it great to need nothing more than to ride a whale ride continuously? I do love Lagoon. It has so many childhood memories attached to it. I'm glad you guys had a good time.
