Today we spent the day at Pineview Reservoir with the Park clan. Jackson, Doug, Nana and Papa camped the night before and it sounds like we missed some good fun. Thank you Nana & Papa for giving Jackson his first real camping adventure. He was so excited and has had his backpack packed for weeks. The rest of us showed up in the morning. The weather was spectacular and who could believe you could find such a sandy beach in Utah. We spent time on the boat and the beach. Jackson rode the tube all by himself today. He is awesome and becoming more comfortable in the water all the time. Next year we'll have to get him a wakeboard "just my size," as Jackson would say. Doug is also taking his wakeboarding skills to a whole new level....he's catching some air! The twins were troopers. They braved the life jackets and the sandy beaches which is very difficult when you are so tired and barely 1.
We were so glad to have everyone there for some end of the summer fun. Missing of course was Dave, Christine & 6 day old Carson. We missed you guys but understand that you were otherwise occupied.
