Our weekend began with a near naked run through the sprinklers. Friday afternoon we were playing in the backyard when Jackson decided he wanted to run through the sprinklers. As his clothes got more and more wet, they started coming off until all that was left were the spider man underwear. Baden thought the sprinklers were great, Noah was unsure about this spraying water thing. He didn't want to get too close or too wet. He decided to spend his time climbing up and down the step by the back door. Poor Noah did have a run in with the cement...the cement won and left a nasty scrape on his little nose. He was very tough and hardly even cried.
Saturday was paint the bathroom (for the third time) day. Jackson was a big helper - he helped sand, tape and paint the corners. The bathroom looks awesome, and I so appreciate Doug being so willing to spend the whole day painting our bathroom...for the third time.
Jackson is also learning to jump rope. He's almost got it!

That's a pretty good leap Jackson has there! Why did you have to paint the bathroom again?
The first time was a green that was a cool color just not good in the bathroom. The 2nd was a leftover can of brownish colored pain. again a nice color but it made the bathroom seem really dark so we went for a really light color so I think 3rd time is the charm it feels so much lighter and brighter which is exactly what I was looking for. So hopefully no more painting that bathroom for awhile.
