"Mom, why don't my webs work?"
A little background information. Jackson has officially entered the superhero phase. He loves all things superhero, especially Spiderman. He is even planning to be Spiderman for Halloween, as he reminds me everyday. So today we were playing Spiderman you know shooting our pretend webs at each other when Jackson asks a very logical question for a 3 year old superhero in training ...."Mom, why don't my webs work?" Having never read a comic book in my life I was glad to find my viewing of the Spiderman movies was a good use of my time I was able to tell him all about how Peter Parker, aka Spiderman, was bit by a genetically altered spider and so on and so forth. So I think Jackson is now on the look out for a genetically altered spider of his own so his webs will work.

That is too funny! I love that you said it was geneticallly altered. That is going right into his vocabulary, of course! We sure did have fun today! Talk to you next week...
