So today I had the boys write letters to Santa. (Santa wants to get an early start this year). The twins were more than happy to agree to whatever Santa thought they might like. They did add their own personal crayon embellishments to their letters, and they turned out quite cute.
Jackson, being 3 and 1/2 gets Christmas so we had to narrow down his list a bit. He wants a remote control car so we put that as item number 1. He wants a soccer ball and soccer goal so that was item number 2 and then he said "Oh, Mom I want the pink, girl guitar we sawed at Costco." (Oh, your father would be so excited about that one). See Jackson loves music. He already has an electric toy guitar he got last Christmas from his Nana and Papa, he plays it all the time while jumping around like a crazy rockstar. But apparently the pink Barbi guitar at Costco was something he found really cool. I said well Santa knows you already have a guitar he probably won't bring you another one. So he says "No Mom write right here (as he points to where I should write) girl, pink guitar I sawed at Costco." So what did I do, wrote it down of course which made him happy. Later he agreed we could cross it out and write down he wanted a Lincoln Logs. Of course I am sure his list will change 20 times before Christmas actually arrives. In the meantime I think we'll try to steer clear of the "pink, girl guitar" at Costco.

I went to Costco today and I too, think that Santa at this house will get his christmas done early, especially since the good things at Costco are gone by November! Too bad I missed the pink guitar. Joshua would probably have been all over it!
I think that was the one thing Bruce didn't sawed at Costco! We made quite a little scene the other day, trying to see each and every toy in detail. :) Well, I hope Jackson gets EVERYTHING on his list. Come on Doug. Girl guitars are good too!
